Our Story

Legacy Roadside Group wasn't created in a boardroom. It was built from decades of experience, thousands of Roadside stories, and one shared belief: people deserve better when they need help most. 

It was built after decades spent leading Roadside Assistance operations, supporting hundreds of thousands of motorists, and witnessing firsthand some of the most stressful moments people experience behind the wheel. 

We saw families stranded in dangerous conditions. We watched employees worry about getting to work. We heard the frustration of business owners facing unexpected delays. And through it all, we realized something important: 

Roadside Assistance should never feel like just another transaction.

It should feel like someone genuinely cares. 

We knew the industry could be better. 

So we decided to build the company we would want our own families to call. 

That shared vision brought four longtime colleagues together, professionals with decades of experience leading Roadside Assistance operations, customer experience organizations, workforce development initiatives, dispatch centers, digital support platforms, provider networks, forecasting teams, and operational strategy. 

Together, we set out to build a company where professionalism, compassion, and operational strength are not marketing promises; they are the standard. 

Together, our founding partners bring more than 40 years of combined roadside assistance leadership experience, helping shape some of the industry's largest operations while supporting hundreds of thousands of motorists and developing teams dedicated to exceptional customer care. 

Today, we are bringing that experience directly to the communities we serve. 

Unlike many roadside providers, Legacy Roadside Group combines executive-level operational expertise with hands-on field service. Every founding partner understands both the strategy behind outstanding service and the responsibility of delivering it in the field. We are leaders, operators, problem-solvers, and technicians committed to earning our customers' trust one service call at a time.

We plan to expand our partnerships with commercial fleets, develop innovative dispatch and support solutions, invest in workforce education, and help shape the future of Roadside Assistance through operational strategies, technology, and community engagement.
